Movement Matters
External stresses placed on our body via sport create imbalances that can leave you sidelined for extended periods. At the Performance Training Center our goal is to forge movement competency in all the basic movement patterns (squat, hinge, push, pull, rotation) that are shared across all sports.
Being bigger, stronger, and faster is worthless if you can’t even make it on the field. Our approach begins with an evaluation of the needs of each athlete based on their history and sport in order to properly program exercises to prevent common injuries, protect against re-injury and give you the edge you need on the field, court or in the pool.
All of our training is evidence-based, meaning our methods have been proven effective through scientific research.
